By accessing or using CharismaticDL (the “Service”), operated by CharismaticDL (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
CharismaticDL is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage contacts, run messaging campaigns, organize message templates, and connect to messaging providers such as WhatsApp. Features may change over time as we continue to develop the product.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable prior notice. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including WhatsApp/Meta and our cloud infrastructure partners. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the Service and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CharismaticDL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CharismaticDL is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or by posting a notice in the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
